Accident Repair Sample Work

The bus was driven under a low bridge, which caused extensive damage to the ceiling construction of the bus. Half of the ceiling was 25-30 cm lower and the pillars of windshield and side windows were deformed. 

The bus owner along with the insurance company decided to have the bus repaired at our workshop. In addition to accident repair, the bus owner also ordered the whole vehicle to be painted over as well as seat covers to be replaced. That way the bus also received a fresher look after accident repair.

The whole repair process took 7 weeks, during which the whole ceiling was demodulated, deformed ceiling beams were replaced and a new terne plate was installed. At the same time, seats had been removed from the bus for leather crafting.
